(WMUR, April 30) New Hampshire drop-off locations collected more than 14,000 pounds of medication during the most recent National Prescription Drug Take Back day. More than 1,000 pounds were collected just in Manchester.
“We know too often people are experimenting with drugs that are in their own homes sometimes, or maybe a neighbor comes into your house and is taking something out. We know there's burglaries and robberies. We need to get this stuff safely disposed of,” DEA official Jon Delena said. Read more.
