Together We Are Stronger

Together We Are Stronger graphicThroughout the month of October, DEA 360, the New Mexico Human Services Department, and a variety of local organizations are hosting several youth summits. These events aim to raise awareness and start conversations around the opioid epidemic, and will feature a showing of "If Only," a film by the Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The school specific events are not open to the public (only schools can register and many sites are full or near capacity) BUT the evening/parent events are open to the public!

Celebrate 2019 Red Ribbon Week at New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science

NewMexicoMuseumofNaturalHistoryandScience_logo1During this year's Red Ribbon Week, children and their families are invited to draw or write a message about drug use or substance abuse - or create an ofrenda/memorial altar for family members. Materials will be available at the Museum for your project and Museum admission is not required to participate in the activity (but you will have to pay admission if you want to see the exhibits). 

The families are also invited to come to the Museum on Sunday Nov 3 (there will be FREE admission for New Mexico residents on that day) to see your projects on display.
