(New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science, June 14) The New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science is honoring New Mexicans who have lost their lives to drugs. The goal of the memorial gallery is to help show the local impact and consequences drugs have on our community. It is also a way for families to remember their loved ones.
”The lost talent wall is intended to help the surviving family and friends deal with the loss and help heal the void,” says Dianna Flores, coordinator Drugs: Cost & Consequences steering committee. “The museum is also planning a memorial event in September.” Read the rest on the museum's website.
