Richmond Sees Spike In Heroin Overdose Deaths

(CBS6, March 2) In a week, 30 people fatally overdosed on heroin in Metro-Richmond. The police believe that the deadly drug contained an ingredient from the drug called Fentnyl. This adds to the 47 overdose cases the area has seen since January, nine of which were fatal. READ MORE.
