Recovery Schools For Addicted Teens On The Rise

(Daily Mail, June 19) The PEASE Academy is one of 36 recovery high schools in the country that help students overcome drug addiction. They've been around since 1979, but recently became a popular option as opioid abuse spiked recently in the US. The school pairs academics with addiction support groups, and ensures there is no access to drugs of any kind, which students have expressed gratitude.
